This is NOT the Monday sheet. You're a day and a half into the week and a lot already

moved, so this starts from where you actually are, not from zero. Three parts: what

already closed, what's still live, and the short list only you can answer.

1 · Already closed this week (the PROOF list, not intentions)

These are done, not in-progress. Read this first, because your own pattern is to score the

week as "a little bit of everything" while forgetting the closed column.

1. Seminary launched. Online day Monday 8/10, first in-person class taught Tuesday 8/11 6:20am. You showed up, unlocked the gate, and ran it. That was the thing you were uneasy about a week ago.
2. Planet Home Lending resolved on a 44-minute call (8/11). August's $8,410.69 paid on the call. September's $8,410.69 scheduled to auto-draft 9/1 from checking ...5778. You also finally got the undisclosed rule out of them: pay before the 15th or they go back to the investor and can extend the trial again.
3. Utah ACH payment 1 of 36 confirmed posted 8/10, $989. Garnishment is halted. 35 to go, final ~July 2029. Correction from you: the debit lands the 10th, not the 7th.
4. Mastermind accountability groups SENT. ~2 weeks overdue, out today 8/11 around 12:06pm. Four groups, leader-first so each leader confirms before it goes wide: Lafe, Logan Visser, Joe Jensen, Jordan Visser.
5. Kurt Campbell locked. Wed 8/12, 11:00am HST / 3pm MT. Zoom made, link sent, calendar set.
6. September mapped end to end. 17 events added, 2 extended, 22 dead recurrences cleared off the Sept 1-20 window.
7. Desert Color autopay decided. Standing "don't switch to autopay" caution formally superseded by your call. Chris is on the SPS phone call today.
8. Financing spam cleared. STOP sent to today's three, yesterday's two already handled.

2 · Where the Big 3 actually stand

• BBF AI Intensive Brian Head — Mon/Tue Sept 7-8.
• Two payment links out, both unpaid: David, and Jarom Olson ($3,500).
• Jarom's application is still sitting in your queue unapproved.
• 🔴 This was your own stated ONE thing. It is the least-moved of the three.

Big 3 #2 — Two months of runway that you can SEE

🟢 This is the one that actually moved, and it moved a lot.

• Planet: Aug paid, Sept scheduled. Utah: payment 1 posted. Desert Color: going on autopay.
• ⚠️ But the picture got worse on one front, not better. Confirming 786 W Periwinkle showed two liens on the Desert Color house, not one. True carry ~$9,028.76/mo against ~$5,098/mo of Redrock income = ~$3,930/mo short, ~$47.2K/yr. That's ~4x the original estimate. It's a decision, not a line item.
• ⚠️ Aug 28 and Sept 1 land four days apart: Shellpoint final trial $17,692.47 and Planet final trial $8,410.69. ~$26.1K has to clear in that window. Tightest funding gate on the calendar and it's inside 3 weeks.

4 · The decisions only you can make (answer these)

Ranked. Not a dump.

1. What is the actual headcount for BBF Maui on Aug 21?

Ten days out and nobody has said a number out loud. If it's low, the honest options are

push it, shrink it, or run it small on purpose. All three are fine. Not deciding is not.

2. Are you approving Jarom Olson's application, and what happens to the two unpaid links?

Both David and Jarom have a link and neither has paid. Does someone chase them, or do you?

3. How does the ~$26.1K clear between Aug 28 and Sept 1?

Two final trial payments, four days apart, both mid-mod. Name the source now while there's

still runway to arrange it.

4. Desert Color is ~$3,930/mo underwater. What's the play?

Refi, sell, raise the rental rate, or keep feeding it. This is the "decision, not a line

item" flag from the finance work and it hasn't been answered.

**5. Big 3 #3 — do you actually want to take a swing at the income path this week, or park

it until after Brian Head?**

Honest read: you have three work windows left and four money items above it. Parking it

until after Sept is a legitimate answer. Pretending it's live when it isn't is not.

6. Unblock Chris's calendar access.

Small, but it's gating everything he does on scheduling. Fastest win on the list.

5 · Waiting on other people (don't re-do these)

• Chris — SPS call results (Aug paid? autopay? months due? late-fee date), one-way OGG→LAS pricing for Aug 31 vs Sept 1, Desert Color dates.
• Landon Anglin — is the boat free for Powell, Sun-to-Sun mid-Sept.
• President Kaaa — decision on the two seminary assistant candidates.
• Four group leaders — Lafe, Logan Visser, Joe Jensen, Jordan Visser confirming they'll lead.
• Kurt Campbell — the answer comes on the call tomorrow.

6 · Family, not logistics

Two items carried over from 8/3 and both are still open:

• One thing with Andrea that is NOT logistics. The 8/10 recording was 20 straight minutes of scheduling. That's the whole point of the item.
• One-on-one with Rae. Her surf lesson Wed 3pm is the obvious slot and it's already on the calendar.
